适用范围:旋涂制备QLED不仅可以评估量子点材料性能,也是大面积制备照明器件的基础工艺;

配套产品:星烁QLED配套产品ZnMgO NPs,经由专利技术制备,对可见光的吸收较弱,其透过率超过98%,可提高电子注入势垒和平衡载流子注入。搭配星烁量子点,通过旋涂ZnMgO溶液制备得到的红、绿、蓝QLED,其外量子效率分别超过18%,15%,8%。
